The beehive is a internet based project creating a web of thoughts. 32 animated and/or interactive text or text-picture plates are connected, interwooven through honeycomb like interface. The plates (plateaus) represent general messages, partly reversible, about existance and communication on the Net and elsewhere.
The project was open for contributions. Some works in the web of thoughts are by Ted Warnell, Elson Froes, some material is by Tina LaPorta. -

Published on CD-ROM: Gravitational Intrigue - an anthology of emergent hypermedia, volume 22cd, The Little Magazine, S.U.N.Y., University of Albany, New York 1999.
