NFT Buudha is a commentary on the NFT-based art trend of the early 2020's. Drawing on Nam June Paik's "Video Buddha" and the author's "Suburban Meditation" (2003-08), the piece is an intersection of Paik's meditation on media and the author's meditation on art-materialism. The work id of found objects, from a 2-dollar bill, ebay-bought buddha statue, and reed box from the United Arab Emirates. A second copy with a 3d printed base in gold leaf, 100-dollar bill will be the second Artist's Proof.
