Description
BrainWave Drawings/Non-verbal communication: on an oscilloscope, one person is emitting brainwave data via the x-axis, the other via the Y-axis; when both emit the same brainwave pattern simultaneously, a circular configuration or Lissajous pattern forms. The drawing is then superimposed on their faces, creating an internal and external portrait. The results were fed into a DEC PDP-11computer, proving synchronicity and providing the stream of influence between the two participants. Often, when one person emitted Alpha and the other was emitting Beta, then that person would begin emitting Alpha, following each other. This was performed at the Sepulveda VA Neuropsychology Lab, California with Dr. M. Barry Sterman, Mike Trivich, Brian Routh aka Harry Kipper and Nina Sobell in 1974.
